Fix analog triggers depressed on idle

Description

For some reason (at least on Windows), when the controller is just laying there (being idle) the analog triggers show up as depressed, which of course causes issues.

My first idea is to check the ratios as if they'd start from the middle of the bar, everything would be fine.
