• Calculate the appropriate timing

bot is not talking any more everybody miss them please bring bot back

• Bot was recently banned due to poor detection
• Row was inserted into DB, but reddit reply failed
• On next round, DB row already exists so bot did not attempt to reply again
• No warnings or errors were given

• Allow untagging by users
• Restrict untagging to admins
