Add ability to mute a host

(Creating tracking issue for ability to mute a host)

Quick references would be helpful

Something like:

graph load host01

that would turn into 'metric:"system.load.1{host:host01}"' or similar.

There should be a way to search for metrics

Maybe something like:

datadog search:"load"
> system.load.1
> system.load.5
...

?

Contributing ... or is this abandoned?

Pushing a year since the dependency called out was announced as deprecated: https://github.com/DataDog/dogapi

Would this repo/plugin/handler be considered obsolete or abandoned? If so, I'd like to work on an update ... or maybe there's a better repo. There's a ton of new capabilities available through the dogapi-rb gem that would require some updates to a datadog handler. Tough part is the namespacing in the Lita community to not mess up the community.

Help ... thoughts? 😄
