Profile tracer advection

It would be useful to have a detailed sub-profile of the solve_tracers_ale routine to get an idea of communication patterns and computational intensity.

Port first 2 loops in fct_ale subroutine to CUDA

Stepwise task list:

  • Create C implementation for refactored kernels
  • Add preprocessor flags to switch to C or CUDA and validate
  • Create CUDA implementation for refactored kernels
  • Create data migration routines for CUDA kernels

test fesom pg compilation

If we want to test OpenACC directives in the tracer advection routine it will be necessary to compile fesom with the portland group compiler.
