@defiantgoat where is the problematic code for this? I swear i just had it working in v 1.2.x but now in 1.3.x it's not working any more.

@slibby Tiled services that aren't in web mercator spatial reference (102100 / 3857) shouldn't display in the map view. If they had been I'd be curious to look at the service and test myself. A user can still create tile packages from non-web mercator services, but they just cant use the map as reference currently to draw an area of interest. A user would currently need to have an area of interest saved as a bookmark or drag and drop geojson or a shapefile onto the "blank" map view. The export should still work.
