Add healthcheck

Some endpoints, from time to time, go down or time out. It would be nice to see the API health of each endpoint.

Add column for blocks

In addition to states, clients can also sync blocks when performing sync - doing so helps alleviate pressure on the libp2p network. In particular, access to https://ethereum.github.io/beacon-APIs/#/Beacon/getBlockV2 is needed - though any full node exposing the beacon api will do.

It would be good if providers could document being open to historical block download as well as state download.
