fix: better image attachments

Currently, the text posted to Twitter or Mastodon is like the following:

동네 빵집에서 크리스마스 특별 케이크를 파는데 너무 귀엽네요 ㅎㅎ 저는 통나무 하나 업어왔습니다.

And the image preview isn't working this way on Twitter or Mastodon. I might need to look into Twitter or Mastodon's specific API for this matter.

feat: comment posted URLs

After posting to Twitter or Mastodon, we could leave a comment to the issue, containing the URLs.

feat: comment text length

After creating an issue, it could leave a comment on the text length in both Twitter and Mastodon way. If the label is not attached, user can decide if they want to decrease the length of the content or not to fit them into a single post.
