setup continuous integration

We need a pool of workers that can participate in gc work. They should be created during initialisation (since it is unsafe to allocate resources during gc). Current implementation is unsuitable. Dynamic resizing (by user's request) would be nice but not critical.

Pool should support the following operations:

• acquire/release worker for job
• interruption of jobs
• replicate single job among workers (i.g. for marking)
• resizing (optional)

Consider an opportunity to use gc_ptr and shared_ptr in cord package as an evaluation example.
