For each of the bullish/bearish chart patterns, the Stock Outlook is computed like:

Profit / ATR = Stock Outlook

Computing the Stock Outlook helps determine whether to use Long Calls/Puts (-3 and +3) or resort to a spread (-2/-1 and +1/+2).

Show IV rank for market/sector/industry/stock along with earnings dates so we can try to find opportunities for either going long vol or short vol.

Show which stocks have recently improved/declined in rating compared to a prior 4 week average. Also show market/sector weighted rating.

If we end up allowing trades to expire in the money and receive assignments and exercises, we may not have the underlying contract details info in the database. The execution response handler needs to make requests for these underlyings.

Show positions with market/sector/industry ratings and integrate this with option analysis so that we can close positions using updated Black-Scholes prices.

It looks like order IDs are unique per account, so each of the order and order_* tables needs to refer to both order_id and account

I have already installed TWS API and postresql 13.4 in a docker, following the procedure to launch this application and try to read the code starting from main.rkt. However, I am still don't how to launch this application. Would you give some details about the code and procedure to launch this application.
