I know basically every repo you guys have is Apache 2 but could you please indicate a license on this repo?

When trying to connect to an iBeacon, I got an error because somewhere the code was trying to convert a JSON object to an integer value.

Figured out that in the iBeacon.js file, on line 168, handle should be replaced by handle.deviceHandle. This makes the error disappear

evothings.ble.rssi(handle.deviceHandle, rssiHandler, fail);

should be

evothings.ble.rssi(info.deviceHandle, rssiHandler, fail);

I'm using an iPhone application that can simulate iBeacons; After I set the Major and Minor values on the app and use your code on my Android phonegap app to detect beacons, everything works as expected except the major and minor numbers that I get back seem to be multiplied by a 100. To I set major to 4 and minor to 6, when I read them back and use your hex16 function or the toString(16), I get "400" and "600". Am I missing something here or is this a bug ?
