Is this example right? The documentation is slightly different:

One of the methods signature is different:
protected override void Dispose(bool disposing)
not
public virtual void Dispose(bool disposing)

and at the end of this method the disposed field is set to true.

I want to add some comments to the solutions by myself.

Every (or almost every) file and folder has an unprintable unicode character in the name.. 0x2002 {en space}

I tried to make a sln file for the root of this zip file since each listing has just a few lines of code and it's ridiculous to open every one as a new instance of VS or re-open multiple ones since it takes so long.. but VS was claiming it couldn't find the files because of that character..

I wrote a program to rename all the folders and files recursively to remove it and it worked fine after that, but take out the special unprintable unicode space character, there's no need for it in the filenames. It just causes confusion.

LISTING_2_44_Using_yield line 14 should changed to
for (int i = 1; i < limit; i++)
