dumb-csv's Issues

Incorrectly parsing some strings a float

Possible fix: make sure we don't lose precision when converting to float + don't parse if chars like "e" are in the string.

"436E0248","40.7460120291","-73.9809181093","20"

Gets parsed incorrectly as 4.36e+250, lossy.
