A remark: I have some disabled repos. This tool ignores them, and as a consequence, the numbering of the "zypper lr" command differs from the numbering of "zypper upgraderepo --check-next".
Would it not be better to include the disabled repos in the list, but also in the upgrade process?

You can unignore the disabled repositories using the flag --no-only-enabled, but the sorting method is still different (filename vs repo's name), so I will rework this part soon.
