This problem affects both of your repositories, but in the Telegram repo it exits from the procedure without giving further details, I don't know why right now, so I am going to investigate it better :)

i think i finally understand: the plugin depends on a ruby package and that one does seem to be upgraded to 1.7.0 but the plugin version remained 1.6.0, right?

Exactly! the -plugin package is only a link for zypper, the application is within the rubygem package.

The hidden repository was just a missing HTTP status (forbidden) which is correctly reported now.

Hi Fabio, I'm sorry but I'm still not finding it. The rpm spec here also still shows 1.6.0 :

on software.opensuse.org it also shows the 1.6.0 and for some reason, the 15.3 repo does not show up
