This repository contains the source code and full tables of results of the AMIA 2016 Annual Symposium podium abstract. The source code here includes only the code executed inside SAS and code to produce heatmaps in R. It does not include code used to map NDC codes to drug classes (ATC/VA/EPC). The source code and results contained here span a much broader work than what was submitted for the AMIA 2016 podium abstract. Please contact the authors for orientations about this GitHub repository.

Please feel free to contact us about this project! Reading and reusing source code can become so much easier after a quick voice talk with the original authors of the code -- we will be glad to help. Please e-mail Fabrício directly: fabricio.kury at nih.gov.
