This repository contains the source code and full tables of results of the AMIA 2016 Annual Symposium podium abstract. The source code here includes only the code executed inside SAS and code to produce heatmaps in R. It does not include code used to map NDC codes to drug classes (ATC/VA/EPC). All materials contained in this GitHub repository are under an Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license.
