Wrecks don't collide with non-AoE about fa

Went ingame to test this. Wreck Mass value = 0. Rebuild value = 50%. Wreck IS killed by Stratbomber, but not by anything with no AOE damage, as stated. However, in my testing, I couldn't kill ANY wreck with non-AOE, suggesting this is the normal behaviour. I did only test structure wrecks though.

Right so as we talked about, it may be a balance decision. Need more opinions on this, however.

I can add that rebuild for T2 mexes specifically is intentional, for balance.

modifying it would be a massive balance change, and introduce many complications; eg, would units auto-target reclaim? would a new fire mode have to be created so that units can be explicitly told whether to target reclaim or not? etc
