fix: Improve error messaging for schema validations

We have to add a timestamp expiration to the JWT. This would also mean to make a new endpoint to refresh the expired token that the user had with a new one without logging in.

fix: Parse error response from schema validation

Currently, when a schema validation fails, an empty object is returned as an error. We have to parse the error in all endpoints (probably with a util function or maybe with a middleware that modifies the response).

fix: Improve zod validation messages

Currently, the zod schema validation is returning default messages for types like "invalid string" or things like that. We can improve this by adding a custom message inside each schema validator method: z.string().min(1, "The content cannot be empty").

refactor: Move comments module outside posts folder

We have to add a the issuer (iss) and the issued_at (iat) to the JWT.
