Machine-Actionable Metadata Models for MIRcat (Minimum Information Requirement Catalogue)

MIRCat is the Minimum Information Requirement Catalogue, which includes representations of Minimum Information Checklists or Reporting Guidelines in a machine-actionable way, relying on JSON-schemas that enable to produce and validate JSON-LD data conformant with the checklists.

For each reporting guideline, we produced a Machine-Actionable Metadata Model represented in JSON-schemas and a set of JSON-LD context files that provide the semantic context. This was done by following a 'FAIRification' process, which works towards making the models FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable).

The representation for each of the following reporting guidelines can be accessed through persistent identifiers using the w3id service.

• Minimum Information About a Cellular Assay (MIACA)
• Minimum Information About Cell Migration Assays (MIACME)
• Minimum Information about Flow Cytometry (MiFlowCyt)
• Minimum Information about SEQuencing Experiment (MINSEQE)
• Minimum Information about a Plant Phenotyping Experiment (MIAPPE)

Bug with miappe

Issues with minseqe schemas IDs and titles

Issues with:

• found schema
• annotation schema
• related identifier, alternate identifier, identifier schemas (with title too)
• date information schema schema (title too)
• category pair value schema
• organism schema (title too)
  => some of them still have their DATS URL and or title. Some other misses the /mircat/ route in the URL which is not correctly resolved by w3id.org

Add mappping files for each checklist

these files keep the mapping between schemas and contexts, and we want to have them for each of the guidelines
