Check that (0, 0) is really at the top of the topmost tile base. Also check the left, right and bottom corner of the map. Those dots must match the edges of the map.
And make sure everything is still correct when moving the map with mouse or keyboard.
And it must also work with rectangular maps.

The font for the buttons differs between Linux and Windows. This results in some buttons that have text that is too large for the surface.

Solution: get a free font that looks nice at low resolutions and ship it with the game.

Repro:

1. In the main game move the world off center.
2. Return to the main menu.
3. Start a new game.
4. Observe that the world is in the same position as before because it is the same world instance.
