What's the license?

I'd like to use this at work, but I need to know how you've licensed it. Can you add the license file?

Private Repos

It looks like this fails on private repos, would love to be able to surf to commit 1 on our five year old repo.

Broken

Got it in my bookmark bar. Clicked while on a repo.
Nothing happens. Here's what shows up in the console:

VM384:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'textContent' of undefined(anonymous function) @ VM384:1(anonymous function)

Doesn't work on Firefox 57 - Content Security Policy (CSP) blocks the script

I didn't try with previous versions, but on FF57, the script seems to be blocked:

Content Security Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource at self (“script-src https://assets-cdn.github.com”).

I suppose this is related to some Firefox settings, but in any case, it prevents the script from working.
