Key points (How this Script works:)

This Script build to send certificates by goting the Certificate template as Word Document
and the student(trainer) data which contain them emails and names as excel file
Then send email address for each student(trainer) with his own certificate via Gmail
Using Python .

Required :
• Python 3x
• Python lib (re , xlrd , docs , email , smtplib, ssl, datetime)

Note :
before you gonna run the program you have to :

• make sure to replace the certificate-template.docs with your certificate template
• make sure to replace the trainer-data.xlsx with your data e-mails and names
• in the send_certificate function that you replace the e-mail py your persnol email and your personal password
• maybe it required your permission to send the email via gmail so check your security permission in your gmail account
