update predictor variables

Create and/or get the following:

• temperature anomaly data - divide temp records for all sites by mean
• combine ammonia, nitrite, nitrate into DIN
• create nutrient ratio variables - N:P, Si:N
• get approximate residency times at each site, JS is looking into it
• upwelling index https://www.pfeg.noaa.gov/products/PFEL/modeled/indices/upwelling/NA/data_download.html

update analysis with new predictors

After #2 is done, update multivariate analysis, some ideas:

• Group by resident times
• SEM based on conceptual model?
• Create cond prob models for sites, time periods, combo of variables when blooms occur
• Validate with other Bight surveys
