Faceit Integration for Streamlabs Chatbot

A script to integrate CSGO FaceIT statistics with Streamlabs Chatbot and provide a more custom streaming experience for you and your viewers.

Quick start

There are multiple options to do quick start using this script.

• Download the latest release
• Download from Streamlabs Chatbot Discord scripts channel.

Read the Installation page for more detailed information on how to install it.

Bugs and Feature Requests

Have a bug or a feature request? Please, first read the issues tab to see if somebody already requested your feature, or your bug has already been reported.

In case it's not, create an issue (issue templates coming soon) being as descriptive as possible and using the right tags for it.

If your feature/bug has already been reported, and you'd like to see it come true. Please, do not comment with +1 or meaningless messages. Just try and use Github's reactions

Documentation

The documentation of this script can be found in the wiki page (it's still being worked on, sorry for the typos and/or misinformation). Please refer to it if you have any doubts.

If your question/remark is not addressed in the documentation, feel free to create an issue using the docs label.

Contributing

I'm by no means a professional Python developer, and I don't intend to. So there might be styling incoherency in the code of this project. Anyway, I'm looking forward to actively maintain it and progressively adding new features.

You are very welcome to contribute to this project by any means you consider necessary: reporting bugs, requesting features and code conrtibuting are an example of how you can contribute to this project.

If you want to contribute by adding code, please fork this repo and branch of the main branch. You can do your coding in your branch and then submit a pull request to the upstream's develop branch. I will try to keep up with the pull requests and review/include them as soon as possible.

A new setting should be created for that matter, possibly a checkbox to ask if the script should start a new session on startup or not.

Detailed Description

If a non-required setting value is missing (e.g: new settings due to updates), the script won't take the default value and it will crash.
