No need to worry -- only routine re-build of package failed but the binaries (from successful build) are still there. Indeed FTBFS is due to tests. I'm aware of problem for some time and to fix it a new upload of package (with tests disabled) is needed. That's exactly what I'm going to do.
Let's close this issue please. There is no need to open bug to track another bug. You can reply directly to Debian bug report any time. Thanks.
