In this project, members of the BYU-Idaho Online Data Science Society (BYUIODSS) try to answer the question: How did the Covid-19 pandemic affect the World Happiness Report scores?
This project tests with several simulations the use of a common heuristic for playing and winning the popular game "rock, paper, scissors". In which the machine uses the choice from the previous round to then choose the next round. There are 6 different scenarios with simulations to test the different results.

A 5-year comparison of local currency value in Mexico compared to the US dollar. Data taken from Investing.com daily report on USD/MXN.
In this ongoing study, we investigated if wealth influences environmental concern and action (environmental stewardship). Analyzing data from BEV owners in California, we explore household income and correlate it with concern for reducing emissions. Globally, we observed a trend where increasing GDP is followed by a decrease in CO2 emissions.
