whenever I am trying to import dpp from another program, it works but shows this error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'helper'.
When I simply ru the init.py inside dpp, it gets imported quickly.
Please help

In load_slices function in dpp\twodim\segmeentation\medical.py,..
you created a transformation function but you didn't use it and used another function called generator.
In my opinion, it is your fault not to use transformation.
Please feed back to me.

Is there a way to pass/get .nii image file name when iter through the pipeline? and is there a way to get the slide # within each .nii file?
