Whitelists are a thing that I definitely want to add.
Regarding the whitespaces: why would that be a problem?

Whitespace is not a big deal, just a taste.
Bundle ID is unique in spite of System Language difference.

For example, the Terminal.app is shown as "终端.app" under "应用程序/实用工具/",
and its Bundle ID is "com.apple.Terminal" which is the same whether I change my System Language.

Ah, I see the problem. Maybe I will just check against bundle id and name, this way it keeps straight forward on english
systems and can be configured nicely on non-english systems.

Yes, that would be more friendly for non-English users. 😂
