The size of each species is very erratic, switches from small to huge and back. Not sure why, might have to do with the actual species size, the species might switch id with each other, or mutations might be very high in the race project.

There should be a small possibility of breeding across species.

If a species has not improved in x iterations, it should not be allowed to reproduce no more.
(If the best genome exists in that species, it should still be transferred to avoid degradation of course.)

If the same innovation occurs in the same generation, it should get the same innovation number.
