Breaks translate about notscripts

I am able to reproduce the problem. The first thing is that you need to have 
whitelisted

googleapis.com

before or add that into your whitelist since Google Chrome calls that up to 
translate the page. The other problem is you need to whitelist/templist the 
current page you are on in order for the translation to succeed since what 
Google Chrome does is actually inject javascript from googleapis.com directly 
into the page.

I do have googleapis.com whitelisted, and I am aware that temporarily allowing 
javascript on the current page 'fixes' it (I guess I should have said that 
initially).  I made a bug report because I'd consider that a work-around and 
not a fix.

would really like a fix too
notscripts reloads all my pages each time i whitelist something- and being that 
I have so many tabs open it crashes the browser.
Thats one of the reasons I don't want to have to whitelist every page i need 
translated...
