Upgrade Angular2 dependencies
I've started progress on this but didn't get far. If an app requires "@angular/core", SystemJS is not able to resolve it. Probably because the core.umd.js file does not use System.register.
@ffacon, do you even plan to continue development on this library? If not, I might be better off starting my own integration from scratch.
Use production modules in production
The dev bundles are always used. You may want to use the production bundles depending on SymbolConstants.PRODUCTION_MODE.
extract tapestry5-typescript module
I'd like to use the typescript compiler in a React project, but I don't want to add all the Angular dependencies. I suggest extracting a separate module for the ts(x) compilation.
Make output mode configurable
Currently, TSCompiler creates CommonJS moules. It would be nice if that could be changed to produce AMD modules instead.
