Add a complete example in the README of using LMP with LMPTool models.

LongwaveModePropagator's propagate function accepts Transmitter arguments but not Receiver arguments. This is because I didn't want a dependency on Proj4 in LMP and can't have a dependency on the unregistered GeographicLib.jl. This package should use GeographicLib to compute the distance from tx to rx in an extension of propagate.

Is the ground conductivity map in this package identical to the conductivity map in LWPC? This would require reading the binary file shipped with LWPC and translating LWPC Fortran to compare the two.

Is it also the same map printed in this Westinghouse report?

The smoothterminator using a logistic curve is approximately the right shape, but why not work out the geometry and use a "more correct" transition? At the same time, error from assuming a spherical Earth may exceed the difference between a logistic curve and "more correct" function...
