why it failed on FJT 21

I can get root privilege by using futex exploit, by the system is read only
My pad is FJT21,I can get root privilege through futex exploit, by the system is read only. I tried to unlock mount module by runing unlock_mount_fjs, but it failed due to I am unable to install backdoor mmap tool. Could you explain how to hack it? or do you have any documents about it?
