Would be nice to support older python (or micropython). But there was not module typing.

Module itself works if this import is ommited. I do not know best practice for backward support. If simple "try" "except pass" is Ok or some other checking.

But if this will be solved, you can put this module as-is to micropython aswell

This lib needs an update to get the bech32m features required for Tap Root and going forward any segwit script with version >= 1.

Now that we have a .travis.yml, we should enable it in Github. I believe the procedure is as follows:

1. Set up the free plan at https://github.com/marketplace/travis-ci (if not already done).
2. Go to https://github.com/settings/installations/ and configure Travis-CI settings. Enable travis for fiatjab/bech32

This can only be done by @fiatjaf
