Is there a stable release of this yet? Looking at the forum thread I thought there was, but on here it looks like there are only prereleases.

Would like to add this to CKAN, but preferably once its stable.

This needs to be implemented.

Rough idea: 200% of original vacation length will need to be added to whatever vacation is applied upon next recovery, after min/max clamping.

This will require: Storing original vacation time, modification of vessel recovery event

I want to revisit the crew selection criteria so that the crew member who has least-recently been on a mission is given priority.

Crew selection is too deterministic for my taste still.

Rough Idea:
*Pass entire Vessel, ShipConstruct, or VesselCrewManifest\IEnumerable of PartCrewManifest.
*Parse this to obtain groupings of open slots and requirements thereof.
*This should be the same order as VAB/Launch Window.
*The first element will be assumed to want veterans, subsequent elements will be assumed to want newbies

*Group AvailableCrew by Rank, then by Job Title.
*Select a random crew for each slot from relevant rank.

This is the most underrated mod in the history of KSP.

What's needed to be done?
Is this possible?

I'm looking to dive into C# if I can do anything to help.
