It seems like most of the FIO custom endpoints have a lot of repeated boilerplate causing bloat, this should be a simple function that takes an endpoint name, post body, and returns the resulting body as a json.RawMessage.

This is a major change, need to evaluate effort.

• Add new API end point cancel_fio_request
• Add new type for cancelled/pending/rejected requests
  • evaluate if having state affects any existing structs/functions
• Add a new fee
• Add new API end point for get cancelled requests

How should I set the expiration time of the trade

float precision loss in Tokens() function at https://github.com/fioprotocol/fio-go/blob/master/token.go#L11 .

Please use the third-party package github.com/shopspring/decimal to handle the addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and conversion of float data

Need to add functions and associated structs for two new API endpoints /get_fio_domains and /get_fio_address.

Currently circulating supply excludes tokens which are locked in BP Rewards Pool and FIP-6 locks. The logic needs to be modified to exclude only tokens which remain locked via Mainnet locks.
