Packagist.org documentation says the name of the service provider is this:
'FireEngineRed\SmartyStreetsLaravel\SmartyStreetsLaravelServiceProvider'

It should be this:
'FireEngineRed\SmartyStreetsLaravel\SmartyStreetsServiceProvider' (no "Laravel" in the class name)

EDIT: I see that the redme.md on github says the same thing.

Could this be specific to Lumen? Have you ever encountered this?

Nevermind, I realized laravel is loading it as a service provider, thus if you make 10 requests, it's sending 10 addresses in 1 request, but the package only ever returns the [0] index element.

Also $reqeust is spelled incorrectly at the top of your class, should be '$request'

i want to use this on my laravel 10 project please suggest. how i can use.

What do you think we refactor this package to use https://github.com/smartystreets/smartystreets-php-sdk and support all the API provides.

So this package will port the SDK as a dependency and give Laravel Integration.
