Magnetic variation

We calculate the magnetic variation but it has no effect on .. everything.
Have to tell the ArduIno what to do with it.

Emphemerides

Ephemerides won't work have to fix them (planEph)

Langue

Translate the code fully to correct English

Scrollbars in Starlist

the automatic Scrollbars in the starlist doesn't work, have to add selfsame ones
(at least on win 10 and Kubunto, but if I remember correctly they worked back there on win 7)

Time

Use and set time correctly (even with AutoMode) instead of 00:00:00

StarList: 79, SubItem Nr. 7

couldn't load SubItem Nr. 7 of Fomalhaut (ErrorMessage thrown if selected in StarList)

Default entry:

79; Fomalhaut; Fomalhaut; Suedlicher Fisch; Keine; 15; 21,8; -29; -32,1

reset config button

Resetting the configurations doesn't make all the switches return into their default state, since the Options are not loaded from file again anymore.
