Give user the ability to change wallpaper

Would like to know if I can use it or not.

Maybe supabase to store all the information?

Create an area where I can make new post (Ideally integrate this with a database + WYSIWYG Editor)

No idea how am I supposed to do this but either:

1. Convert desktop icons to simple buttons for user to press on their phone (But my work and email program will not work)
2. Prompt that warn user that website is not optimized for phone
3. Create a separate web view/page if viewport is below a certain resolution. In which case, I am creating another website to entertain the mobile users

Provide user option to change the start menu user icon for fun
