the current implementation adds new cards at the lower right of the board. they should be added in the locations of the old card instead.

• images are too big
• reaction time on tap on old tablets is not very good
• do some basic profiling and find bottlenecks

• set a time span, and see how many sets you can find in that time span.
• in this mode, mix grabbed sets back into deck, so cards won't run out.

• npm run deploy does not bust cache on gh-pages
• we should have cache busting to reach all players with an upgrade when they reload next

(just for some basic design, that is. the status quo is that nothing overlaps, and everything has a color and a size. everything else is ugly and wrong.)
