If the text stored by the editor is inside, display the warning and ask whether to discard or reopen the editor.

Implement a terminal ui that lets the user select format (when creating a new file), converter and version. Galaxy index should be kept locally, TUI allows updating.

E.g. missing functions, too large allocation, inf loop, crash

Periodic updates, user should review. Warn if updates couldn't be done for some time.

User preference should be stored somewhere.
