幼少期からインドやフィリピンに15年滞在。国際バカロレアを修了後日本に帰国し、慶應義塾大学に入学。株式会社ツクルバ、株式会社メルカリなどでのエンジニアインターンや創業期スタートアップの技術担当、42Tokyoを経てKinkaku株式会社を創業。CとRustが好きです。

転サバリニューアル

概要

転サバを42全体に展開するために、サポーター2人（yufukuya, ykarasaw）による運営から、参加者がグループで自立的に進めていく「就活ピシン」サーバーに方向転換

P2Pで就活を乗り越えるコミュニティを作ることで、42ネットワークの価値を高めたい

背景

  • 2021年夏から数ヶ月間試験的に就活サポートをスタート
  • サポーター2人（yufukuya, ykarasaw）がハンズオンで企画、運営を行なっていた
  • サポーターのキャパシティがあるし、自主性がないため42全体への展開が不安
  • 参加者同士で助け合いながら一緒に解いていくスタイルでもよいのでは？

目標（スプリント終了条件）

  1. 元々お茶会でやっていたコンテンツを全て課題化
  2. Github上にドキュメントを整理、誰でも気軽に編集できるようにする
  3. 現サーバーにリニューアルについて投稿、フィードバックしてもらう
