Nav: Refine the mobile perspective

The navbar currently collapses into a togglable dropdown menu.

  • Close when clicked outside of the element (mobile broken)
  • Refine the dropdown style

Clean-up the package(s)

All of the included features are currently housed in the root workspace, however, as the library continues to grow it will become imperative to modularize the content.

  • Sections: Headers, Heros, Footers, etc.
