Add Prettier x Eslint

Page: Create a page for leetcode solutions
As the title says, and:
- It should contain a list (cards?) of the solutions.
- When an item is clicked, it should show the code with a few buttons that do: Copy the code, Open problem link, and in the future, like it or something.
- The solutions will be stored in an object.
Problem code block take extra space on mobile
Add a link to make the repo more discoverable
Add a link that redirects to this repo so users can track its progress.

Use https://www.react-fast-marquee.com/documentation to add it as it's deprecated in HTML.
