I first tried with an undub version of Dragon Quest 8, in cia, cci, 3ds. Decrypted, Encrypted. Nothing. SRM didn't detect the rom.
I thought it didn't detect because it's an edited undub version, so I tried with some normal roms, and still. It never detects 3ds roms.
No problems with rpcs3 and yuzu roms.

EDIT: Thanks to Emudeck community on Discord, I discovered what is the problem. The default rom's folder is "3DS". SRM searchs the roms in "N3DS" folder...

Hi, this is a heads up.

ar since binutils >=2.40 links against libsframe but binutils is entirely in the SDK and not in platform runtime. So libsframe needs to be copied, else the apply_extra script won't work.

cp -a /usr/lib/$(gcc --print-multiarch)/libsframe.so* ${FLATPAK_DEST}/lib

Another option is to use bsdtar instead of ar.
