Disallow network access

Unless I'm mistaken, Upscayl runs entirely locally, but the Flatpak still allows for network access, which it probably shouldn't.

Only allow image folder access

I'm not a fan of allowing programs to access my whole home folder. Since this program works only on image files anyway, I'd say it's enough to only allow file access to xdg-pictures by default.

New 2.7.5 update.

Update the Flatpak to the new 2.7.5 version recently released. Maybe it would also make sense to add an external data checker so pull requests can be opened automatically on an update.

Crashes on Wayland

Enable Wayland support by default.

Since Upscayl always seems to use pretty up-to-date Electron versions, Wayland support is pretty solid and would greatly increase usability on Wayland systems. I think it's especially ironic, that the application is blurry on HiDPI displays, which is exactly the kind of problem this application wants to fix in a way.

The usual way to do this would probably be to add a script that enables Wayland flags on Wayland systems, see here or here, but since the Electron version is so recent I would recommend just enabling it for all systems right away but with the Electron flag --ozone-platform-hint=auto like here. That way it will always use the correct backend.
