Have a version of history.py that can be executed by Tautulli on when an episode is played or other trigger.

Right now a notification is sent for each file added. It should be compressed by show. Additionally the release name isn't overly useful compared to just SXXEXX.

If an episode cannot be found a search will be initiated every time the script is run. There needs to be a cooldown period that spans runs.

If we know how often the script is run and the run time of individual episodes we can calculate how many episodes need to be queued to cover watching until the next script execution.

Multiple plays of the same episode should be ignored

SABnzbd puts items at the top of the queue when set to forced. Since we check/queue/push episodes in order this results in the least useful episodes getting downloaded first.

Rather than tracking search times the data can be found as a per file string under lastSearchTime in the output of sonarr.get_episodes_by_series_id

          QoL improvement for the future, add download size to sanity check Sonarr's choice.

Drawback here is if the show is intentionally not tracked by Sonarr this will make the series cache less useful.

#8 adds a total size no matter what

A mode that processes watch data over a longer period but only pushes items that are already in the queue would be useful. Specifically when items added to the queue by Sonarr outside of jitplex are added paused.
