Now the new traffic_editor will output one single yaml file combining the map generation and crowd_simulation setup.
Adapt the building_crowd_simulation for the changes

currently didn't implement the parent class for similar class functions

Based on the generated navmesh and the vertex on the traffic-editor to generate the behavior file and scene file.

for external agents, there is no need to specify the initial pose, coz the update process for external agents are from the simulation world to the menge lib

for internal agents, Find out whether the initial position will have an effect on the menge simulation first.
if it does have an effect, will need to use one of the point within the valid position in defined navmesh file to spawn the internal agents.

in dev branch,
the yaml file directly loaded is pixel coordinates,
build a transform interface to scale to the correct simulation coordinates.
