make it an API : make it work with either google or leaflet

• whatever json structure you give

distance unity shouldn't be hardcoded

in function buildHtmlItem we should not have the "km" hardcoded

what it should do

• load stores from json
• separate different types of stores (if exist) in layers
• buttons show/hide layers of markers
• add all stores on the map
• list all visible stores in a column
• group markers in clusters
• clic on a list item goes to view its marker and selects it (active)
• clic on a marker marks list item as active
• hover a list item shows its marker on the map
• move/zoom map updates list
• use of a geocoder search field

mapzen geocoder restore default css

mapzen geocoder js has been restore and updated but its css must be as well. Additional css rules should be in another file.
