Mesytec MVP Programming Tool

Firmware update utility for newer generation mesytec VME modules. Currently supports the
following modules: MDPP-16, MDPP-32, VMMR, MVLC.

  - cmake
  - Qt5
  - Boost >= 1.58
  - c++17 capable compiler

* Building:
    mkdir build
    cd build
    cmake ../mvp

boost endian requires boost version >= 1.58

I've tried compiling on Debian Jessie, however, boost libraries on that system are too old (1.55).
In the process I've discovered, that the required version 1.56 in CMake is too low for the libraries actually used.

I've worked around it by copying the headers for scoped_enum and endian/* into the source tree.
