Update to work with newer versions of nyc.

Coverage reporting is empty with any version of nyc beyond the last 12.x release. I thought this was a variation on the temp-dir/temp-directory change, but that doesn't seem to help.

Update references pointing at the "master" branch to now point at "main"

Describe the bug

Now that we've updated the default branch name to "main" from "master" we need to update CI and other references to point at "main" instead.

Expected behavior

CI should run on pushes and PRs to the "main" branch. Other references to master should be replaced to main as needed.

Update to work with kettle@2.

If run with [email protected], the tests fail with:

2023 Q1 Dependency Updates

In working in downstream packages, I'm seeing security vulnerabilities reported for the version of qs used here. This issue covers updating all dependencies we reasonably can, including of course testing with modern Infusion.
